Entity Change Report
The Entity Hierarchy Notification process is a monthly spreadsheet-based operation currently employed to alert campus users to entity changes.
This process will be terminated on 5/8/24 to be replaced with a new automated product – the Entity Change Report – that will display entity changes made up to the previous day along with historical changes.
If you would like to continue to receive notice of entity changes please follow the instructions below to subscribe to the Daily Changes tab.
Authentication with the Tableau server is required for the Entity Change Report. To request access, please contact InstitutionalAnalysis@buffalo.edu.

Subscriptions
If you would like a daily subscription to this report, please use the following steps. You will receive a 7:30am email IF there was at least one Entity change the previous day.
Open the Entity Change Report using the link at the top of the page and select the "Daily Changes" tab.
Select Watch -> Subscription in the upper right corner.
Check the box Subscribe me
Check the box Don’t send if view is empty

Frequency: When Data Refreshes
Click Subscribe
