AI at UB Forum for Staff offered latest in AI use on campus

UB Information Technology (UBIT) and the Office of Curriculum, Assessment and Teaching (CATT) held a forum on July 18 in Knox 109 to update and engage UB staff members on how AI is being used in different areas across campus.

About

The AI at UB Forum for Staff offered an opportunity to hear the latest updates on AI research and integration of generative AI in UB's business units and engage in conversations on these topics with colleagues. 

Four speakers presented during the forum: 

  • Greg Olson, Associate Director of Data Analytics with Enrollment Management
  • Row Onishi, Director of Digital Products and Strategy with University Communications
  • Tiffany Fuzak, Business Intelligence Analyst with the Office of Institutional Analysis
  • Kevin Eye, Principal Technology Architect, Enterprise Application Services, UBIT
