Students should search for and enroll in classes via their HUB Student Center.
Log into MyUB and click on HUB Student Center

Search results can be filtered with criteria in the left-hand navigation. Click on the class for additional information.
Click on the “Class Nbr” hyperlink to find information such as textbooks, pre-requisites or reserve caps.
This window defaults to the ‘Class Details’ tab. This tab will indicate the instruction mode. Toggle through the tabs to find any additional class information.
The class pictured below is an example of an in-person class that meets on campus Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Toggle through the additional tab to find any additional class information.
An automated process could include, but is not limited to, a bot, a script, or any commercially available automation tool. Using an automated process violates the Student Code of Conduct and the University at Buffalo Computing and Network Use Policy.
Any student utilizing unauthorized automated processes, scripts, or tools may lose the ability to register for courses using the HUB Student Center, be deregistered from classes added via the automated process, and face university disciplinary action.
Students are encouraged to register for classes as soon as they are eligible. Additional charges will be applied to a student’s bill if they do not register for courses by the published billing dates.
In compliance with the Higher Education Opportunity Act, available textbook information is accessible to current and incoming students via Search for Classes within their HUB Student Center (via MyUB). Within the search results, click on the class section to see course details and then click “Textbook/Other Materials.”
