Transcript Request (Official)

Official transcripts are available for students to request in their HUB Student Center. These may be used to send an academic record to external parties such as schools or employers. For information about unofficial transcripts, view the HUB Guide for Transcript View (Unofficial).

HUB Student Center via MyUB

1. Select the “Grades and Awards” tile.

2. Select the “Request Official Transcript” in the navigation pane.

3. UB has partnered with Parchment to provide official transcripts. Select “Request Official Transcript” to be sent to the Parchment online ordering system.

This will open in a new tab and the HUB window will remain open. Students will have to disable their pop-up blocker (if they have one) to use this feature.
