UB has set an ambitious goal of achieving a 91% retention rate by 2022 and a 93% rate by 2025. Reaching this goal requires a collective impact. Only through the efforts of every academic and administrative unit on campus can we achieve this ambition!

Through a task force structure and partnership with a leading educational consultant, a set of guiding recommendations will be put forth to leadership.

Task Force Timeline

Summer 2020: Submit progress report to executive sponsors.

Fall 2020: Launch subcommittees.

Winter 2020-21: Develop and review draft report.

Spring 2021: Develop and publish final report.
