Mentoring provides a personalized approach to professional development for students. Based on feedback from actual employers, our Mentorship Initiatives team crafted unique opportunities for students to build and apply their skills, participate in resume-worthy experiences, and connect with peer and professional mentors to ensure that they are confident when entering their careers.

With great mentoring comes great leadership. Next Level - A Leadership Mentoring Experience is a half-day conference designed for student leaders. Guest mentors from Leadership Buffalo and UB’s Distinguished Visiting Scholars will help facilitate this interactive experience.
