Mentorship Initiatives

A supervisor discusses tasks and responsibilities with an incoming student worker.

Whether you want to connect with a mentor or be a mentor to other students, you can find opportunities throughout UB.

Student Professional Development

Mentoring provides a personalized approach to professional development for students. Based on feedback from actual employers, our Mentorship Initiatives team crafted unique opportunities for students to build and apply their skills, participate in resume-worthy experiences, and connect with peer and professional mentors to ensure that they are confident when entering their careers.
