Mobile Tickets

The Center for the Arts now provides Ticketmaster Mobile Tickets. If you are using a mobile ticket, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster. Follow the prompts in the email or the list below.  Mobile Tickets cannot be printed. Please accept the tickets in advance of arriving to the event.

Accepting Distinguished Speakers Series Tickets through Ticketmaster

  1. Open the email from Ticketmaster on a mobile device
  2. Tap “View and Use Mobile Tickets” button
  3.  Sign into Ticketmaster using your Ticketmaster credentials, if you do not already have a Ticketmaster account, please see the instructions below on creating an account.
  4. You will be on a screen with your mobile tickets. Tap the “Manage Tickets” button.
  5. Click “Claim Tickets” button to accept and link your mobile ticket(s) to your account.
  6. You can save the ticket(s) to Apple Wallet (iPhone users) or Google Pay (Android users) by tapping the “View & Save Tickets” button in the purple “Get Your Tickets Ready” box.
  7. If you do not want to save these to a digital wallet, please scroll down to “My SafeTix” section

a. Select a ticket

b. Your ticket(s) will now appear on your screen and be available for scanning.

c. OPTIONAL: If you would like to transfer the ticket(s) to another person, tap the “Transfer” button

i. Authenticate your account either by text message or email

ii. Using the check boxes on the left-hand side, select which ticket(s) you wish to transfer

iii. Tap continue

iv. Enter the recipient’s name, email address, and note (optional)

v. Tap send

Creating a Ticketmaster account

  1. After clicking “View and Use Mobile Ticket” as instructed above, you will be prompted to sign into Ticketmaster
  2. Below “Sign In” there will be an option that says “New to Ticketmaster? Sign up.” Select “Sign up”
  3. Enter your email address (please use the same email where you received the Ticketmaster email), name, and zip code, and create a password; select next
  4. Enter your phone number and select next
  5. You will receive a code in the form of a text message to your cell phone. Enter this code into the designated area on screen and select next
  6. You will be taken to the Ticketmaster homepage. To access tickets, click “My Account” on the top right of the screen and select “My Tickets” from the drop down menu. Please follow the above #5 for additional details once you have an account created

Transfer Tickets to Guests (Optional)

  1. After accepting your tickets, tap the “Transfer” button.
  2. Authenticate your account either by text message or email.
  3. Using the check boxes on the left-hand side, select which ticket(s) you wish to transfer.
  4. Tap continue.
  5. Enter the recipient’s name, email address, and an optional note.
  6. Tap send.
  7. Your guest(s) receiving the ticket(s) should follow the above instructions to accept their tickets.
