SEFA hits goal

Nils Olsen, Jr., dean of the School of Law and chair of the 1999 State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) campaign, paints in-and then celebrates-the final tally on the SEFA thermometer in Founder's Plaza on the North Campus.
