2025 Graduate School Fair

Finding the right graduate program is key.

The Graduate School Fair is held on the second day of the Undergraduate Research Conference and is an exciting opportunity for students to meet with faculty and staff in their field of interest from graduate schools across the nation. Conference participants are invited to explore doctoral, professional and graduate-level programs and are encouraged to come prepared with questions for the school representatives.

Attention recruiters:

The Graduate School Fair hosts high-achieving undergraduate scholars who are preparing for graduate and doctoral degree study. The fair is an opportunity to recruit and network with a large pool of talented students who are eager to explore graduate school opportunities!

The Undergraduate Research Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel and Conference Center, located at 2 Fountain Plaza, Buffalo, NY 14202, from 4-6 p.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025.

What you need to know:

There is $300 fee to attend the Graduate School Fair.
After you register, you will receive a personalized link to log in to the Whova platform. Here, you will be able to submit a brief description of your school/programs offered, upload your logo, and attach any brochures or information you would like students attending to access. Students will be able to view your complete profile and click on the "Request Information" at any time throughout the conference to request additional information about your school/program.
