In most cases, a project director or staff member will complete the registration process on behalf of attendees for that program. This person is defined as the primary registrant during the registration process. After completing the primary registrant's information, click Add Additional Registrant to add information for each student and/or staff member in your group.
To complete the registration process, you will be required to submit the following information for each registrant: Full name, gender, race/ethnicity and email address. Having this information available in a spreadsheet will be helpful during the registration and payment steps.
Groups should be registered all at once, in one submission. Please do not submit multiple registration records for a single group. Individual attendees who will not attend the conference with a group may submit a single registration record.

After selecting your payment method at the point of registration, you will receive a confirmation email with further payment details. Registration fees may be paid by check or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express). Payment must be received no later than July 14, 2025.
Refund requests must be emailed to ugconf-research@buffalo.edu no later than Aug. 1, 2025. Refunds, by request only, will be provided at fifty percent of the registration amount paid. Refunds will only be paid after the conference for students who have not accessed the conference materials/site.
Call 1-888-591-1234 or visit the Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel and Conference Center to book your hotel reservations. When making your reservation via telephone, identify yourself as a group member using the group code G-UBUC. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. If a guest does not cancel a room within forty-eight (48) hours before the guest's check-in date, the hotel may charge the credit card one night's room fee plus any applicable charges.
Hotel parking is currently $29.50 for Valet Services and $25 for Self-Parking, and is subject to change without notice.

Student attendees may present one oral talk and one poster. Presenters must submit their choice of oral talk and/or poster on a secondary registration form no later than July 14. Abstracts must also be submitted by July 14. Additional details may be found by visiting the Call for Abstracts page.
