  • Finding JOY at Work

    For many, being at work is difficult, providing a paycheck but little else positive. When asked, many report having negative feelings toward their job. However, increasing research and recognition indicate that having JOY at work increases job engagement, productivity, and worker health. This session introduces participants to the benefits of finding JOY in their jobs and identifies ways to increase our JOYFULNESS at work and beyond.

    The Office of Resource Planning serves as the university’s budget office. Get to know what the Office of Resource Planning does to support your unit and the university. Learn about the Annual Resource Planning Process (ARPP), UPlan — the new Budget, Planning and Forecast system — and the role of the Resource Analyst. This session is geared to those individuals who currently do not directly interact with the Office of Resource Planning, do not engage in the university ARPP directly or are not part of the initial go-live for UPlan but want to learn more.
