Eligibility to live in a specific community for 2024-2025 year starts with the year you graduated high school (or equivalent):

Ellicott Complex

Located on UB’s North Campus, our largest housing complex is open to all students.

Governors Complex

Located on UB’s North Campus, right across the street from UB’s academic spine.

Second Year Students

(Graduated high school in 2023)

Creekside Village Apartments

Located on the northern edge of UB’s North Campus, adjacent to the Ellicott Complex.

South Campus Halls

Located on the picturesque South Campus steps from shopping and a theater.

Ellicott Complex

Located on UB’s North Campus, our largest housing complex is open to all students.

Located on UB’s North Campus, just 5 minutes from the academic spine.

Upper Level/Graduate/Non-Traditional

(Graduated high school in 2022 or earlier)

Creekside Village Apartments

Located on the northern edge of UB’s North Campus, adjacent to the Ellicott Complex.

Flint Village Apartments

Located at the main entrance to UB’s North Campus and athletic facilities.

South Lake Village Apartments

Located on the shores of Lake LaSalle on UB’s North Campus, close to the academic spine.

Hadley Village Apartments

Conveniently located right across the street from UB’s Academic Spine.

Flickinger Court (Professional Students only)

Located just across the street from UB’s North Campus, connected by regular shuttle service.

Located on UB’s North Campus, our largest housing complex is open to all students.
