University Police are investigating a report of a sexual assault that occurred on the grounds of the South Campus, north of Hayes Hall, on Thursday, September 4, sometime between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. The victim is not a UB student and this incident does not appear to be related to the other recent assault on the South Campus.

This weekend, and in the days beyond, UB's Office of Student Affairs and UB Police urge students to exercise extra care to promote a safe campus and community environment.
