The Data Governance Council develops the CRM strategic vision and establishes CRM business and data sharing policies and guidance; provides direction and oversight to the CRM Implementation Team; evaluates and prioritizes new enterprise CRM projects and major enhancements; reviews and reports on
overall CRM project performance.

The Enterprise Digital Communications Strategy Committee develops a constituent-centered framework of best practices and processes to guide all digital messaging; provides standard tools and templates to ensure consistent university/unit branding and design of digital messaging; gives guidance and recommendations regarding data structures and governance needed to deliver targeted communication to UB’s constituent groups.
