Sexual Assault Anonymous Report

This form is for reporting a sexual assault anonymously to University Police. A person who has been assaulted may complete this form himself or herself and send it to University Police or he or she may ask a third party (such as a friend or counselor) to do so.
Silent Witness Report

Silent Witness is a program to allow for the anonymous submission of suspected criminal activity that occurs on campus. Submitted information will be reviewed by our investigative staff and appropriate action will be taken as warranted.
