    MRC Bearings in Chautauqua County, N.Y. – now SKF Aeroengine North America – was losing experienced employees, and its production levels and overall integrity were at stake. A UB alumnus called upon Industrial and Systems Engineering professor Colin Drury, PhD, for help. His assistance triggered our founding.
