Pat Roche

The Chief Executive Officer of Moog Inc., Mr. Pat Roche has been with the company since 2000. Over the years, he has served in various leadership positions in Moog's Industrial Group, including management of core product development, supply chain, process development and IT systems. In 2015, Mr. Roche was appointed President of Moog Industrial Group before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in December 2021. In February 2023, he was named CEO.

A native of Ireland, Mr. Roche earned his bachelor's and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and business administration from University College Cork and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard. He is a Fellow of the Engineers of Ireland and a Chartered Engineer. 

The collaboration between Moog and UB has been among our university’s most longstanding and productive partnerships. Under Mr. Roche’s leadership, Moog has continued its strong support of our UB programs, thereby demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the university and future generations of students and greatly enriching the lives of our students, faculty and the broader research community.
