If you have any questions about a mail delivery on-campus, Please submit this request and a member of the Campus Living Mail Services staff will respond. A few items to consider BEFORE you fill this form out.
United States Postal Service (USPS):
If you have a delivery from the post office and it indicates it has been "Delivered to Campus" but you have not been notified by Campus Living, this could mean that it is being held at Central Receiving. We currently are only getting these deliveries once a week and will process them when they arrive.
All Other Mail Delivery Vendors:
We have limited interactions with 3rd party vendors. If you have a question about the status of the delivery that has not arrived on campus yet, please contact them rather than filling out this from. We cannot contact vendor for you.
