1. Bookmark - Registration officially opens on March 3 at 12 p.m. Before then, be sure to bookmark the fair to stay up-to-date!
2. Register for one of the below Hiring Summit prep events:
3. Recharge your resume. Get your resume reviewed 24/7 using ResumeAI on Big Interview and add it to your Bullseye powered by Handshake profile.
4. Be ready to talk about yourself. Practice your talking points about your career interests and your experiences using Big Interview.
5. Figure out what to wear. You don’t need to wear a suit but dress professionally.
6. Download the Handshake mobile app to easily check into employer booths at the fair.
DURING
7. Dress Professionally: you will want to make a good first impression and show that you mean business!
8. Maintain proper eye contact and practice active listening: Smile and nod occasionally while listening and ask questions when necessary.
9. Check into employer booths: Show the employer you’re interested by scanning the QR code at their respective booth. After the fair, you will be able to access a list of the employers you checked in with.

11. Follow-up. Send each recruiter you’ve met with a nice thank you email.
