Creating Undergraduate Learning Through Unity Resources and Equity (CULTURE) is intentionally designed to create a welcoming campus environment and support the retention and timely degree attainment of participants. The program will offer support to historically underserved students, including African American, Afro-Latinx, Latinx, and Native American students who are not affiliated with any other campus support services/programs at UB. CULTURE proactively engages with historically underrepresented first-year and continuing students to assess their academic, personal, and financial needs and deliver relevant programming. CULTURE supports students through peer mentoring, specialized affinity groups, focus groups, workshops, and emergency funds, prioritizing a sense of belonging and connection to empower them on their academic journey.
Students who are interested in joining the CULTURE program should complete the form below.
