Eileen Holloway is senior campus counsel for healthcare in the University at Buffalo's Office of General Counsel. Prior to that, she served in the State University of New York Office of General Counsel as associate counsel for the Western New York Regional Office for Health Sciences. In that position, she provided legal support to UB's Academic Health Center.
Holloway's earlier experience includes serving as senior counsel for the University of Rochester Medical Center, where she specialized in healthcare business transactions for 19 years.
Holloway received an MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School, a JD from Vanderbilt University, and a BA in philosophy from the University of Oklahoma.
She is admitted to practice law in the states of New York, Virginia and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. Her areas of practice are health care, contracts, HIPAA and privacy law.

George Zimmermann is senior campus counsel for labor and employment in the University at Buffalo's Office of General Counsel. Prior to that, he served in the State University of New York Office of General Counsel as senior campus counsel for the Western New York Regional Office for Health Sciences. In that position, he provided legal support to UB's Academic Health Center.
Previously, he worked for the Office of the Attorney General as the deputy assistant attorney general in charge of the Buffalo office after serving as the assistant attorney general for eight years.
A former civil litigator for the Erie County Department of Law, Zimmermann was appointed 1st assistant county attorney and eventually became interim county attorney. He began his legal career at the Office of the Erie County District Attorney as a criminal prosecutor.
Zimmermann obtained his BA from Hartwick College and his JD from UB.
He is admitted to the bar of the State of New York, the United States Western District of New York, and the United States Northern District of New York.

Brendan Neill is associate counsel for contracts in the University at Buffalo's Office of General Counsel.
Before joining UB, he served as senior corporate attorney and assistant corporate secretary for Allied Motion Technologies Inc., where he oversaw legal operations and personnel and advised on legal and regulatory compliance and corporate governance. He also served as town attorney for the Town of Newstead.
Neill's earlier professional experience includes serving as general counsel for Hebeler, LLC, and Green Buffalo Fuel, LLC.
Neill received his JD from Syracuse University College of Law, master's degree in public administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and his BS in business administration from Buffalo State University.
