Successful completion of your course load is only one part of completing your degree requirements. The Graduate School requires you to complete a few additional items before you graduate. Don't worry, were here to help. Let us guide you to graduation.

Graduate School Requirements

In order to graduate you must submit forms, specific to your degree type, to the Graduate School. Review what your program requires and when they are due on our Graduation Requirements and Deadlines page.

Additionally, students pursuing a master's degree, advanced certificate, AuD, DNP or EdD are required to apply for graduation in HUB to become a candidate for degree conferral. Visit the Apply for Graduation in HUB page to determine if you are required to complete this step and how to do so.

Master's students who complete a thesis and all PhD and EdD students must electronically submit their final thesis or dissertation to the Graduate School. Visit the Electronic Thesis and Dissertation (ETD) Submission Guidelines page for instruction on how to format your ETD and complete this process.

Master's students are required to complete a Master's Graduation Survey as part of the graduation process. Learn more about this survey and how to complete it on the Master's Graduation Survey page.

PhD students are required to complete the PhD Application to Candidacy (ATC) and submit two surveys, to be eligible to graduate. Learn more about these surveys and how to complete them on the Doctoral Degree Recipient Surveys page.
