With a variety of offerings, UB Recreation aims to give you a taste of what services and programs we have to offer. We create the opportunity for connection in a competitive or relaxed environment.

Recess provides students with the opportunity to exert energy in a healthy way. Students are encouraged to be physically active and engaged with their peers in activities of their choice.
Location: Grass space behind Alumni Arena
Activities Could Include: Teqball, Soccer, Volleyball, Badminton, Frisbee, Football, and more!

Open REC: Racquetball in Alumni Arena
INTRAMURAL SPORTS DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT | 12 PM - 4 PM
Dodgeball is a team sport in which players on two teams try to throw balls and hit opponents, while avoiding being hit themselves.
Our Dodgeball Tournament is hosted in 76 Alumni Arena, the Ed Wright Practice Facility (Triple Gym,) and is open to UB Students.
- Registration from 12 PM - 12:30 PM
- First come, First served
- 6 Players per Team
