The ASE 200 is a robust system for extracting soluble organic compounds from a variety of sample matrices at high temperatures and pressures. Can accommodate any sample that can be crushed and homogenized. Some examples of samples: soils, sediments, plant tissue, water filtration residue.
Methanol, Isopropanol, Hexane, Ethyl Acetate, Toluene, Methylene Chloride, Water. These solvents are always stocked in the OSIBL facility, however the ASE system is compatible with most solvents even if they are not listed here. If your analysis requires different solvents, please contact us to make arrangements.
