Authorized Payers are encouraged to enroll in direct deposit to receive refund(s) faster.
For Authorized Payers anticipating a refund from a Direct PLUS Loan, it is essential to use the exact name and email address provided on the Direct PLUS Loan Application.
Log into QuikPAY through the Authorized Payer website. (Figure 1)
You are brought to the QuikPAY homepage. Click Edit My Profile to review your profile information (Figure 2). For Authorized Payers anticipating a refund from a Direct PLUS Loan, it is essential to use the exact name and email address provided on the Direct PLUS Loan Application.
Click Manage Refunds in the navigation menu (Figure 3).
Click Manage My Refunds to edit direct deposit (Figure 4). You will leave this page and enter a new site.
You have the option to enter a secondary email address (Figure 5). Click Back to Profile to proceed to direct deposit enrollment.
You are brought to the Refunds homepage. Click Edit Refund Method (Figure 6).
Confirm your identity by text or by email (Figure 7). Click Save.
Enter the authorization code sent to your mobile device or email into the authentication screen (Figure 8) and click Submit.
Click on the Bank Account circle. If you need to return to your profile, click on Back to Profile (Figure 9).
Enter your bank account information including the Account Holder's Name, Bank Name, Checking or Savings Account, Routing Number and Account Number (need to enter twice). Once you've entered your bank account information, click Save (Figure 10).
You are now enrolled in direct deposit (Figure 11).
