Discover what makes you uniquely powerful and unlock your full potential with the CliftonStrengths Assessment and workshops.
CliftonStrengths is a personal development tool that helps you identify your unique talents and strengths. Based on decades of research, it focuses on the idea that you are most successful when you build on what you do naturally rather than trying to fix your weaknesses. By understanding your top strengths, you can enhance your performance, improve relationships, and achieve greater fulfillment in both personal and professional settings.
The Strengths Program at UB is designed to help you identify and develop your natural talents, transforming them into strengths that drive success in academics, careers, and personal growth. By focusing on what you do best, you’ll gain deeper self-awareness, build confidence, and develop strategies to leverage your abilities for academic success and career readiness.
Our Strengths workshops are for students and student groups interested in discovering their unique talents and learning how to leverage them for success. These interactive sessions help participants identify their top strengths, empowering them to collaborate more effectively and build on what they do best. We’ve facilitated workshops for student organizations, classes, and individuals eager to unlock their potential and enhance their personal and professional growth.
UB faculty and staff can request similar workshops through Organizational Development and Training.
