UB Login Phish - Do not click 'Job number 81576- ITS CLOSURE' email

IT Security Alert.

An email supposedly from Technology Services indicates that there may be a deactivation of services on your email account because your account was sending a large quantity of spam.

  1. The sender is not a buffalo.edu account.
  2. The URL is not a buffalo.edu web site.
  3. The URL listed in the brackets is not a real UB working URL.

I already clicked the links. What should I do?

  • If clicked on the link, but did not enter your password, please check that your computer security or anti virus program is on and up to date.

I did not click on the links. What should I do?

Delete the email.
