Configuring eduroam Wi-Fi for iOS

Set up your iOS device to automatically connect to eduroam, UB’s secure, preferred Wi-Fi network.

Important:

Do not use Chrome when configuring iOS devices. Chrome is incompatible with Secure W2. Use Safari instead.

1. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi

2. Select UB Connect from the available Wi-Fi networks

3. Open Safari and go to http://connect.buffalo.edu

4. Tap Start Connection Wizard

5. Enter your UBITName and password, then tap Log In

6. Tap Configure and Connect  

7. Tap Allow

8. Tap Close

9. Go to the Home screen on your device

10. Tap Settings > Profile Downloaded

11. Tap Install

12. Enter your passcode

13. Once installed you should automatically connect to eduroam
