The UB Messaging Service is a university-wide infrastructure, implemented using Microsoft Exchange, Google Workspace (Education Edition) and LISTSERV®, to provide a consolidated email, calendaring and mobile messaging service for the campus.
Intended Audience: UB students, faculty, staff, alumni and retirees
Availability: 24 hours daily
Support: 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET Monday - Friday; After hours support only for urgent and high priority problems; Closed University holidays and University closure for manual mailbox provisioning, de-provisioning and restores with a one business day turnaround
