Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 Saturday Morning Tutoring Fees

The cost per tutoring session is $60. This price covers the individualized, hour-long tutoring session with a certified Literacy Specialist, teacher preparation to create an individualized lesson for each child, use of CLaRI, and use of all CLaRI materials. Financial assistance is not available for Saturday morning tutoring sessions. CLaRI is able to proviee financial assistance to 25% of the families attending this program each semester.  

September tuition is due when the application is submitted to process the application and reserve the child(ren)'s tutoring spot(s) for fall 2024 tutoring.

January tuition is due when the application is submitted to process the application and reserve the child(ren)'s tutoring spot(s) for spring 2025 tutoring.

All other tutoring payments are due by the first Saturday of each month. Families can also pay fo the entire tutoring program at the beginning of the program.

Families are expected to attend each session. 24-hour prior notice is required for an excused absence (family emergency/illness/vacation) and only one excused absence is allowed. One make-up session will be offered for the excused absence. Refunds will not be given for any additionally missed sessions, for any reason.  

Additionally, full or partial tuition refunds will not be issued for any circumstance. Once registered, it is not possible to change the time of tutoring or get a refund for tutoring because you are no longer able to attend tutoring. A completed and signed CLaRI Payment Form stating that the parent/guardian understands CLaRI's no-refund policy must be on file to register a child for tutoring. Families that attended tutoring previously (e.g., summer tutoring) must complete and sign a new CLaRI Payment Form prior to registering for the next tutoring cycle.
