Equity, Diversity and Inclusion will make every effort to maintain confidentiality except in situations where law, University policy or the investigatory process requires the release of information. EDI will not release information without informing you.
Retaliation against an individual who files a complaint and/or participates in an investigation is strictly prohibited, and may result in disciplinary action.
In addition to the Discrimination and Harassment reporting procedure, members of the UB community can report bias-related incidents pertaining to intolerant behaviors based on a person's race, national origin, sexual orientation or other protected factor.
