Three Campuses

North Campus

UB’s bustling North Campus, the site of most of the university’s core academic programs (and the Honors College), covers more than 1,192 acres and includes 11 residence halls, five apartment complexes, the UB Stadium and more. North Campus is located in Amherst, N.Y., which is consistently ranked one of the safest cities in the nation.

South Campus

The picturesque South Campus, located three miles from North Campus in a residential section of Buffalo, was the university’s first home. Here, ivy-covered buildings and a historic bell tower complement new research and teaching facilities.
