The Minority Faculty Staff Association (MFSA) invites you to attend our next general body meeting. Learn more about subcommittees and how to get involved. We often have guest speaker(s) discussing relevant topics and how they may impact you. A more detailed agenda will be forwarded prior to each meeting.

Since 1976 the Minority Faculty and Staff Association has brought speakers to campus to celebrate the life and legacy that Martin Luther King Jr. left behind. We are fortunate that this tradition has continued since the inception of this association and will continue for a very long time into the future.

This conference seeks to engage the community in meaningful dialogue relative to issues facing underrepresented educators, professionals, parents and students at all levels. We believe the provision for career advancement, through networking and training, serves to empower all to become advocates for the betterment of our educational systems.
