Grow your network. Develop your leadership skills. Learn how to lead organizations effectively.
The Organizational Development Digital Badge gives participants the knowledge and skill set to effectively bring together groups of people with a common interest towards a positive goal. We utilize a dual-focused approach that lets you develop strategies to reach organizational goals while also giving you the lifelong tools you'll need to effectively lead others.
The Organizational Development Digital Badge is one of two digital badges offered as part of the Developmental Experiences Micro-Credential.
Our Organizational Development Digital Badge is open to undergraduate and graduate students of any major and is presented as a not-for-credit and hybrid learning experience.
Schedule an appointment with one of our Student Engagement Peer Mentors to learn more about how to get started.
The first step in obtaining the Organizational Development Digital Badge is meeting with a Student Engagement Peer Mentor who will walk you through the program requirements.
If you are enrolled in this micro-credential, you will be required to attend one (1) DISC Workshop and choose four (4) additional workshops. More information for these workshops, including times and dates, can be found on UBLinked. These workshops will be offered twice a semester.
After attending each workshop, we will ask you to complete a form on UBLinked including reflection prompts mapped to the NACE Career Competencies.
