Sharing Files in UBfs with Others

You can share files with specific individuals. Each file can be shared or not shared as desired.

1. Right click on the file name and select Properties from the menu.
2. Select the Security tab in the Properties window.
3. Click Advanced.
   
4. In the Permissions tab, click Change Permissions.
5. Click Add.
6. Type the UBITName (as ad\UBITName) of the person to whom you are giving access and select the permissions you want to give this person.
   
7. Click OK.
8. Select the permissions you want to give, then click OK.
   
9. Choose Apply to save the setting.
10. Click OK.
