Microsoft 365 is a collection of powerful productivity apps you can use across multiple devices. It includes the Microsoft Office apps Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, as well as many others. This subscription service is free to current UB students, faculty and staff, for installs on up to five devices.

  • Students - Personally owned Windows and Mac computers (up to five devices): See Microsoft 365.
  • Faculty/Staff - UB-owned Windows and Mac computers: See Microsoft 365.
