How do I control (moderate) comments on my UB WordPress site?

Learn how to control who can post comments, how much information commenters have to supply and more.

Site-wide Discussion Settings

  1. Log into your UB WordPress admin interface
  2. On the left, choose Settings
  3. Choose Discussion
  4. Set your preferences
  5. Click Save Changes

Managing Comments

Newly posted comments are displayed by default on your Dashboard after logging in.

  1. Log into your UB WordPress admin interface
  2. Find the Activity window. New comments are listed below. You may also visit the Comments section in the left hand navigation.
  3. Hover over a comment in which you are interested
  4. Select an action from the links that appear. Selecting Approve will display the comment immediately on your website.
