To add someone at UB to your contacts:
- Search for the person by name or phone number
- Once you select their entry, right-click (Windows) or command-click (Mac) the call icon (green icon with a handset) and select Add Contact
- Either:
- Choose the group from the Add group drop down, or
- Click New group if it is a new group, enter a name for the new group and click Create
- Click Add
To add a contact not at UB:
- Click the gear menu
- Select File > New > Custom contact
- Enter the information for the contact
- Click Create
To remove a contact from your contacts list:
Click the Contacts tab.
Right-click (command-click on Mac) the entry you want to remove and select Remove.
