To become an official UB account, you must first complete a Social Media Strategy Worksheet and submit it to University Communications for review, using the form below.

UC will review your strategy/request and provide feedback and/or next steps, typically within 2-3 weeks.
While all official UB accounts are eligible to receive and participate in the following reporting programs, only Unit Social Media Leads are authorized to enroll/manage accounts and change recipients.

Unified Reporting
The Unified Reporting Program allows official UB social media accounts to more easily assess content performance by providing automated monthly reporting exports, delivered via email.

University Communications will typically respond within 2-3 business days.
Note: Requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the desired publish date(s). Content will be supported and scheduled at the discretion of University Communications, based on existing priorities and overall university impact.
