We’re looking for prideful students to help us showcase life at UB and highlight what makes our True Blue campus a great place to call home. Interested in hosting a video? Whether you’re a natural performer or just passionate about being a Bull, this is your chance to shine.
To be considered to host a YouTube video, follow the instructions below to submit a screen test.

Follow the instructions to create your screen test:
THE BASICS
Using your cell phone or other camera, reocrd a brief video discussing the subject below (landscape orientation is preferred):
- Try to cover all the talking points in under two (2:00) minutes.
- You don’t need to edit the video; it’s okay if you need to stop and restart in the same take!
- You don't need to follow the order of the talking points as listed, but be sure to cover them all.
- Make sure to introduce yourself at the start and speak loudly and clearly.
VIDEO SUBJECT
A lesson in UB history! How would you present the following information on the Bronze Buffalo? Feel free to put your own spin on how you word/present this info:
- It was unveiled in 1996.
- It is located in front of Alumni Arena and the Center for the Arts.
- It's made from the same mold as the original buffalo statue in the historic Central Terminal.
- It's a popular location for photos, especially following commencement!
