** Per a side letter to the Agreement dated March 20, 2012, employees eligible for the LLS payment in April 2015 shall remain eligible for LLS in each succeeding April, at the same rate received in April 2015 until a seccessor agreement is negotiated. Further, employees who become eligible for a LLS payment for the first time after April 2015 shall not receive payment until a successor Agreement is negotiated.
*** Due to the expiration of the previous contract, longevity lump sum payments were not paid in April 2016 to employees who became eligible for a five or ten year payment for the first time on or after March 31, 2016. These employees are now eligible for payment.
