UB is dedicated to cultivating an inclusive and vibrant campus community. We recognize that fostering diversity and promoting equity are fundamental pillars of academic excellence, and we continue to be committed to celebrating diverse perspectives, backgrounds and experiences. Through comprehensive equity and diversity programming, we aim to create a campus that values and respects the uniqueness of every individual. By doing so, we hope that our doctoral students will take these lessons with them into their next endeavors and continue to enrich the lives of the people they encounter through their work.
At UB, equity and diversity are not just buzzwords but integral to our identity and mission. Explore our offerings below to see how we can help you foster a spirit of inclusivity throughout your journey here and as you take your next steps.
