Instructors should be aware of when courses are removed from UB Learns, ways to back up course content and student submissions and how to extend student access to past-term courses.
Courses offered by registration numbers will remain available to instructors on UB Learns for a maximum period of 12 months after the semester in which they were taught ends.
At the end of each semester, student enrollments are disabled the first business day after grades are due. Instructors can allow some or all students to have access to a course after the end of the semester.
