Need a ride home for break? Get express transportation to several cities in New York State, right from UB's North Campus. Return trips, too!
The Express Bus Home only travels on specific days based on UB breaks, not every weekend.
A limited number of tickets are available.
The UB Express Bus Home schedule for the '24-25 academic year is available now. To purchase tickets, visit https://activities-ubf-buffalo.nbsstore.net/express-bus-home.
The Express Bus Home is exclusively available to UB students, faculty, staff and their friends and family. Each university member purchasing a bus ticket can purchase one additional ticket for a friend or family member. At least one UB photo ID card is required to board the bus. Guests will also need photo ID to board.
You are welcome to travel on the Express Bus Home even if your destination city is not your home. However, please note that you are responsible for your own transportation and place to stay once you reach your destination.
The Express Bus Home departs from Lee Road outside of Greiner Hall on the North Campus and returns to this same location.

(To purchase tickets to different destinations on multiple weekends, you must start the ticketing process over.) Tickets may be purchased up to one week before departure, based on seating availability.
There are no refunds under any circumstances, so please plan your trip dates carefully. Tickets are valid for one round trip only and only for the dates on your confirmation page. Tickets can be exchanged for another date when seating is available.
If you absolutely cannot make the trip once your tickets are purchased, please contact the Parking and Transportation Services office so your reservation won’t delay the bus departure:
