Focused Inbox - UBmail (Exchange Online)

Focused Inbox separates your Outlook inbox into two tabs: Focused and Other. Your most important email messages are on the Focused tab while the rest remain easily accessible—but out of the way—on the Other tab.

To turn off Focused Inbox:

1. In Outlook, go to the View tab
2. De-select  Show Focused Inbox

To tell Outlook to deliver messages from a certain sender to your Focused Inbox:

1. Right-click or control-click the message in your Other Inbox
2. Choose Always Move to Focused
3. Click OK
