Configuring your UB voicemail box with Caller Input helps direct callers to the resources they need.
Configuring your UB voicemail mailbox to use Caller Input helps direct callers to the resources or staff they need. Callers are directed to other numbers when they press digits 0-9 on their telephone keypad.
Caller Input is configured by technical staff upon request, and is active for all greetings. Once your request is filled, change your UB voicemail greeting to let callers know what options to choose from.
If you set Caller Input to direct a person to an employee, and that employee leaves the university, options are not automatically updated.
