ODE assists in the implementation of change initiatives and provides customized tools, resources and learning experiences to support units. This includes, but it is not limited to:

  • Needs analysis and strategic planning
  • Providing communication plans
  • Training of employees impacted by changes
  • Consultation for project leaders to ensure all aspects of change have been considered and planned for
