2020 Spring IP Forum: Meet Fred Santiago Poster.

The 2020 Spring Interprofessional Forum brought together over 900 UB health professions students to learn about the management of chronic physical and mental health conditions experienced by many of our patients and the necessity for collaboration among health professionals in order to provide optimal care and improve patient outcomes. 

Students viewed the film, Meet Fred Santiago and then worked in small interprofessional teams to use their professional expertise to identify and discuss how to improve the care for a man with multiple chronic diseases.

The 2020 Interprofessional Spring Forum -Meet Fred Santiago, was held on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
