Teaching, Research and Graduate Assistants

If your assistantship is through the UB Foundation, please contact our office to enroll in the UB Student Health Insurance Plan. 

Students that have assistantships through other pay lines enroll into the student employee health insurance through Human Resources , not with UnitedHealthcare StudentResources. Graduate and Teaching Assistants enroll into the NYSHIP SEHP policy and Research Assistants enroll into the UMR policy.  Speak with your department or Human Resources for assistance with enrollment.
