  • RFI Research, discovery, demo and peer review phase (completed).

Spring 2023

  • RFQ Research, discovery, demo, and peer review phase.
  • Project teams charged.

Summer 2023

  • Planning and Budgeting Software decision (Oracle).
  • Implementer Discovery Phase.

Fall 2023

  • Implementer selected (Huron).
  • Work with vendor to configure and implement solution.

Winter 2023

Launch Phase

  • Project Kickoff
  • Workshops

Spring 2024

Define Phase

  • Integration Specifications.
  • Design Workshops.

Spring and Summer 2024

Develop Phase

  • Application & Integration Build.
  • Data Validation.
  • Training Plan.
